Ingredients
50ml Lagg Corriecravie whisky (also works beautifully with Kilmory)
50ml fresh apple juice
20ml lemon juice
15ml honey syrup
Soda water
Method

Shake Lagg Corriecravie, apple juice, honey syrup and lemon juice with ice.

Pour over ice in highball glass.
- 3
Add soda water to taste.
- 4
Garnish with sprig of rosemary and sliced red apple.
