FAQs: The Isle of Arran Whisky Festival

Once the tickets are live, you will be able to purchase them via the button on each individual Masterclass page. This is the booking system we also use for our regular tours and tastings, so you might want to familiarise yourself with the process beforehand. 

Important note: the booking system doesn’t operate as a ‘basket', tickets are not secured until the payment transaction is completed. 

There will be a 24h pre-sale on Monday 2nd March via the Masterclass page, which will only be sent to White Stags via our newsletter and Facebook Group. This will give White Stags a head start on getting Masterclass tickets plus, if you miss out, you’ll have another chance to secure your tickets when they go on general sale the next day (Tuesday 3rd March). 

During the pre-sale on Monday 2nd March at 9:30am, 50% of tickets for all Festival Masterclasses at Lagg Distillery will go on sale. The remaining tickets will go on sale to the general public on Tuesday 3rd March at 9:30am. 

To ensure fairness to your fellow White Stags, we politely ask that you don’t share the Masterclass page link with those who aren’t part of the community. 

Masterclass tickets are limited to two per order.  Lagg Orchard Tour tickets are limited to four per order.

After all White Stag Presale and General Sale tickets have sold out you will be given the opportunity to join a waitlist for the event you wish to book.

When a ticket becomes available, all waitlist members will be notified via email. Please note, you will only be notified if the correct quantity of tickets you requested become available.

Yes! While tickets are required for Masterclasses, you are more than welcome to join us on the Open Day on Friday 26th June to soak up the atmosphere and pick up an exclusive bottle or two.

• Lagg Exclusive - First Ever Lagg Festival Single Cask for sale from 11am on Friday 26th June at Lagg Distillery.
• Lochranza Exclusive - Arran Single Malt 2026 Festival Single Cask for sale from 11am on Saturday 27th June at Lochranza Distillery.
• Arran Harmony Edition Vol 9 will be available at both Lagg and Lochranza over the Festival weekend.

All Festival Exclusive bottlings are limited to one per customer. We politely ask that if you purchase your bottle of Harmony Edition at Lagg Distillery on Friday 26th, you consider not purchasing again at Lochranza to allow everyone a fair chance to secure a bottle.

To allow the team time to prepare for the Open Day, the Distillery will be operating the following limited hours:

• Thursday 25th June - CLOSED
• Friday 26th June (day) - 11am-5pm
• Saturday 27th June (day) - open 10am - 5.30pm with reduced offerings
• Sunday 28th June - CLOSED

You are welcome to save your Masterclass drams for later, however please note driver’s drams bottles will not be available on Masterclasses. You are welcome to bring your own driver’s dram containers or purchase driver’s dram bottles in the Visitor Centre shop prior to your Masterclass.

We will be operating card machines during the Festival, but please note that availability (and signal strength) may be limited, so to be safe we stongly advise bringing cash with you to all events over the weekend.

ATMs are located at Main Co-op, Brodick or Invercloy Co-op, Brodick and A&C Camerons, Blackwaterfoot.  Please note, cashback will not be available on site at either Distillery.

You can check in and receive your masterclass lanyard at any time from 11am up until 15 minutes before your masterclass.  

Please ensure you return to the masterclass check-in area 15 minutes prior to the advertised start time to meet your host.   

Unfortunately we do not have the capacity to put on private buses to serve our Festival.

You can cancel for a full refund up until 48 hours prior to the event.  Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. 

Tickets are non-transferable.  For masterclasses, ID matching the name of the reserved ticket(s) may be required.  If you or any member of your party can no longer attend, please email events@arranwhisky.com to cancel all or part of your booking and allow us to return tickets to the waiting list.
